Episode One – The Phantom Menace

March 15, 2008 – 12:05 pm

Well, this is it, the very first episode of PWA Radio!

Being the first episode, I’m still figuring out how to best put things together and do editing, so please bear with me. Also, send any comments, feedback, tasty recipes to pwapodcast@gmail.com. Specifically, let me know what you thought of the segments, how the audio sounded, if the music was too long or if you’d rather have the whole song.

I’ve also submitted the podcast to iTunes, not because I think there will be any great demand for it, but because Apple insists on being jerks and only have the iPod recognize podcasts as podcasts if they are downloaded through iTunes. And me, I love the ability to pause a podcast, listen to something else, and come back to the podcast right where I left off. As soon as I hear back from Apple, I’ll post the link to subscribe through iTunes.

  1. One Response to “Episode One – The Phantom Menace”

  2. Good radio voice.

Another thing to look forward to every week.

Enjoyed the whole thing and found the PWA history segment very interesting. I thought I already knew most of it but that proved me wrong.

Suggestion wise… When you have a guest on, get them to join in on the show recaps and maybe have some in character banter about the show? Would be cool if you can get a few vox pops like “This is Raizzor and you’re listening to PWA radio” or something as well.

Good first week all in all which I can only see getting better. Looking forward to seeing you and Chris butt heads on the next one.

As regards to a feud, I actually have an idea for one but probably will have to wait until after RitB.
